| All classes use a variety of activities
including presentation, discussion, group work, exercises
(verbal and physical), demonstration and practice, roleplay,
games, pair work, some stretching and fitness, and relaxation.
In our sessions we encourage women to:
Relax and have fun
Identify their fears, strengths and
boundaries
Learn to use fear and anger constructively
Learn and practice self defence techniques
appropriate to their ability and fitness
Share experiences and gain confidence
from each other’s lives
Discover their voices and practice
standing up for themselves
Take their own space and feel more
in control of it
