At the end of the session, we hope that participants
will have gained a greater understanding of what self defence is;
an increase in their commitment to defending themselves; an awareness
of and affiliation with their personal boundaries; an idea of what
assertion is and how to use their voice in a strong way, and of
basic physical self defence.
